Writer/director/editor Jefferson Dutton is a founding member of comedy group The Birthday Boys. Hailing from LA’s Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, their cult classic sketch show ran for two seasons on IFC with executive producer Bob Odenkirk.

Jeff has written for the MTV Movie Awards, directed for Comedy Central, Funny or Die, Snapchat and Netflix, and shot campaigns for Angry Birds, Jose Cuervo and Pepsi. A multi-disciplinary artist, Jeff is known for his canny stewardship of ideas through all stages of execution.

As drummer for The Sloppy Boys, a comedy rock trio with Mike Hanford and Tim Kalpakis, he produces tracks, directs videos and designs album covers and merch. The Sloppy Boys also host a cocktail podcast of the same name, which Vulture deemed one of the top 3 comedy podcasts of 2021.

Jeff lives in Los Feliz and builds arcade machines he doesn’t have space for.
